2. We confirm your pickup window. We'll let you know what time we can be at your door. For qualifying suburbs, same-day pickup is usually possible if you book by mid-morning.
3. Have your laundry bagged and ready. When we arrive, just hand over your bags. Let us know if there are any special instructions, like separating delicates or specific items that need ironing.
4. We wash, dry and fold (or iron) your clothes. Everything is processed with the same care as our standard service. We don't cut corners just because it's a faster turnaround.
5. Next-day delivery back to you. For same-day pickups, we typically deliver your clean laundry the following day. That means you hand over a full basket in the morning and get it all back clean and folded by the next afternoon.

With our regular pickup and delivery service, we collect your laundry on your scheduled day, process it within 24 to 48 hours and deliver it back at the next available time. This works perfectly for weekly or fortnightly laundry routines where you're planning ahead.

Same-Day Pickup, Next-Day Return

For those times when you need things done faster, our same-day pickup option is designed to get your laundry collected and processed as quickly as possible. Book in the morning, we pick up the same day, and your clean clothes are back at your door the following day. This is ideal for one-off urgent loads or those weeks where everything piled up at once.

Both options use the same pricing structure. There's no express surcharge. You pay the same rates whether it's a standard booking or a same-day pickup:

• Wash & Fold: $5.50/kg
• Wash & Iron: $5.50/kg wash + per-item ironing from $2.75
• Ironing Only: Per item from $2.75
• Pick Up & Delivery: $12.50 flat fee

The $60 minimum order applies as usual.
