How Our Laundry Pickup and Delivery Works

The idea is simple: we come to you, collect your dirty laundry, wash and fold it properly, and bring it back to your door fresh and clean. No driving to a laundromat, no wrestling with overloaded machines, no baskets of clean clothes sitting in the lounge for three days because nobody got around to folding them. You book a pickup through our website, by phone on 0409 853 283, or via text message. Choose a collection day and time window that works for you. On the day, leave your laundry in a bag by the front door, on the porch, in the garage or wherever suits. Our driver collects it, we process everything through our wash and fold or wash and iron service, and return it within 24 hours. That is it. You get a notification when we collect and another when your clean laundry is on its way back.

Our standard turnaround is 24 hours from collection. If we pick up on Tuesday morning, your clean laundry is back at your door by Wednesday morning. For those times when you need things done faster, we offer a same-day express option for collections made before 9 AM.

Most of our regular customers lock in a recurring weekly pickup. You choose the day and time, and we show up automatically. No rebooking, no reminders needed. Some busier households with kids or shift workers prefer twice a week. Others with lower volumes go fortnightly. We are flexible and happy to adjust as your needs change.

Contactless Collection and Delivery

You do not need to be home for any of this to work. When you book, you nominate a safe spot for collection and delivery, whether that is the front porch, beside the door, under the carport or just inside the garage. Our driver collects from and returns to that spot without needing to knock or interact with anyone.

This is especially popular with shift workers sleeping during the day, parents with napping babies, people working from home who do not want interruptions, and anyone who simply prefers a no-fuss experience. You get a text confirmation at each step. That is all the interaction required.

What to Expect on Your First Pickup

Your first collection is straightforward. Gather your laundry into a bag or basket and leave it at the agreed spot. If you have any preferences, like keeping darks and lights separate, cold wash for certain items, or line dry only, just pop a note in the bag or mention it when you book. We read every instruction and follow it.

We weigh everything on collection so you know the exact cost before we start. The delivery fee is a flat $12.50 per trip, covering both pickup and return. On top of that, you pay for the laundry service itself, starting at $5.50 per kilogram for wash and fold with a $60 minimum order. We also handle bedding and linen through the same pickup, so you can include sheets, doona covers and towels in the same bag.
