  • Labelling for shared homes: for participants in supported independent living or shared accommodation, we tag each bag by name so items come back to the right person.
  • Detergent preferences: if you need a fragrance-free detergent or a specific approach, we note it on your account so it applies to every wash.
  • Itemised invoices: after each service we send a clear invoice showing the date, laundry weight, service rate, and delivery fee, formatted so a plan manager can process it.
